HOW IS THE EVALUATION PROCESS OF THE PROJECTS PRESENTED?
THE EVALUATION PROCESS CONSISTS OF SEVERAL PHASES. EACH PROJECT, IN THE DIFFERENT PHASES, IS EVALUATED BY A PROFESSOR FROM THE SCIENTIFIC BRANCH AND ANOTHER FROM THE PHILOSOPHICAL / THEOLOGICAL BRANCH. EACH EVALUATION STAGE HAS EVALUATION RUBRICS FOLLOWING THE GENERAL CRITERIA OF THE BASES. THE EVALUATORS ARE SPECIALIZED UNIVERSITY PROFESSORS IN THE AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE THAT CORRESPOND TO THE WORKS. THE LAST PHASE OF EVALUATION IS CARRIED OUT BY AN INTERNATIONAL JURY THAT MEETS IN MADRID TO MAKE THE DECISION. SINCE IN MANY CASES THE SUBMITTED PAPERS ARE NOT UNPUBLISHED, DURING THE SELECTION PROCESS THE PAPERS ARE NOT SUBJECTED TO BLIND PEER REVIEW.
